arrow hey I've updated to v1076 then I've deleted all *.scid files and re-open all of chartbooks. after that everything is super smooth and fast hope it helps |

Ganz Deleting the .scid and .dly files did not work. Well maybe it did but I cannot tell as of yet because I cannot download charts. I will try starting all over as soon as I can get charts again with fresh chart-books and symbols and download one at a time. I have access to intraday but cant get daily charts now. Maybe in the morning not sure when this 500 downloads restarts. SC still has some fixing to do with historical and CTS I guess. Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. Please do not delete any of the .dly files. This is not recommended and only necessarily causes more downloads. We want to set a time to go over this with you on Friday using remote assistance to determine what the problem is. It seems unusual that you are hitting a limit of 500 downloads a day with the futures markets. The limit will reset once each day. It is considered a rare condition to encounter it. SC Support I've updated to v1076
then I've deleted all *.scid files and re-open all of chartbooks. just for the record: I've updated SC to v1076 I've opened two chartbooks the chartbook with "old" *scid started to download previous_contract.scid again as it has no data another chartbook with "1074" *scid did the job with no problem so I'm pretty sure it was the case but I had no additional time to bother you and to check where the problem is now everything works with the light speed thank you. |

I've sent in a support ticket request. Waiting for a response. New day I loaded 4 charts in one chart-book that should have already had data from yesterday. Started new chart-book for the forex charts my limit seems to have gone from 500 to 700.
