Support Request:

Where do I get the symbols for Inter-market spreads? I have access to the crude crack spreads, and corn/wheat spreads. I cannot locate any of these in the find symbol window. All of the calendar spreads work fine.

My broker is Velocity with TT Feed.

We have to add them for you. Can you tell us which specific ones you want and then we will look them up and add them.

These have now been added. Please restart Sierra Chart and you will see them listed in File >> Find Symbol.

For the ZCZW, please follow the instructions here:

In the future, you can also add these yourself through Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. You can see how we have added them and you can just do the very same thing.

The first 2, are just normal futures contracts symbols. The 3rd one is what is known as a MLEG. And for that one you need to use Get Spread Symbols to actually get the contract data from the FIX Adapter.
