1. No. 2. You should have no trouble installing any version of Sierra Chart. What is the exact error message you are getting? You should never have to do this, although maybe you need to delete a file that the installer is unable to write. But we need to know what the error message is. 3. The problem most likely is going to be from the operating system caching data as Sierra Chart reads the Intraday data files. Sierra Chart does allocate additional memory per chart for file caching.
