I am having the same problem described here:

Unset Account

I cannot select my ZenFire account number from the drop-down menu on the DOM - it only allows me to select Unset.

I have already spoken to my broker, but the information in your response was not clear enough to help them. This issue only showed up after upgrading from 996 to 1045. Can you provide more technical information that I can supply to my broker?

I also have spurious trade positions in the Trade Stats tab of Orders and Positions. Basically Sierra Chart is unable to match orders at all, so closed positions appear to be open and visa versa. The Positions tab is correctly reporting my exposure. I am assuming this is related to the Unset account issue.

We are checking on the problem with accounts now.



You will need to clear out the Trade Activity data to reset the Trade Stats for Charts tab. This is documented here:

This is not related to the Unset account issue.

The problem with the trade account was a small bug in the newer versions.

We are going to be releasing a new version about 10 minutes. We will update this thread when it is done.

You will see your trading account now listed on the Trade Window.
