It is possible that once we open this up to those users, that anyone can subscribe to it, but keep in mind it is still considered beta for the first few days.

I understand it is still beta, and I would like to test it out. I have put money into my "Additional Services" account($36). How do I subscribe to the new data feed? I'm not seeing an option. Is it possible for me to subscribe now? Thanks.

Could you let us know what CTS t4 symbols you want to use the data feed with because we have to set up the mapping for those. It is not yet done for CTS.

Just to let you know that I haven't received an acknowledgement email yet although the agreement is approved. And I don't see the mapping message in the log, nor the [M] after the symbol. Using Transact and I've been downloading the latest pre-release on a regular basis the last couple of hours.

Make sure you update to the latest prerelease of Sierra Chart. It has recently been revised. It is now 1041.

As a general announcement to everyone, we are now receiving market data on all 4 CME market data centers: CME, NYMEX, COMEX, CBOT.

Therefore, market data is available for all CME symbols except for spread symbols.

Historical data is still limited and begins Sunday evening. Additional historical data will be installed later on in the week.

The Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Market Data Feed which currently provides CME futures has now been released to all users:

There still is limited historical Intraday data except for the ES futures contract. Complete historical data will be added over the weekend.

If you have any issues, please start a new thread on the support board about that.

In order for this service to work properly for you, it is necessary that we set up symbol settings for the particular trading service you are using. We have not done that with all services yet. It is complete for the following services:
TransAct
OEC
Interactive Brokers
CTS T4 (partially)

If you use another service, let us know what symbols you will be working with so we can get the symbol settings set up.
