Can you please add a parameter to select the number of decimals for the Last-Price displayed (in the Y-scale), independent to the Symbol's Y-scale settings?
reason: Trading Forex, the Y-scale (for almost all of us) does not need to show the 5th decimal digit as it always is a zero-digit. But it is beneficial to see the Last Price (as its moving) with this 5th digit to make sense of its movement.

There is an indirect way of doing this. Set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Price Display Format as you require. And add the Current Price Line study to the chart and set the Value Format to what you want. You can you set that study to display only a line on the last bar.

I've allocated those settings, but I can not see how this Study is to increase the 'Last Price' decimals; see yellow-background 'Last Price' in Y-scale in attached pic

The text is getting cut off because the scale is not wide enough.

And just broaden my knowledge please, how do we set the Y-scale to be wider (without increasing the decimals in the 'Price Display Format' box in the Chart-Settings window)?
Or how to decrease the Font of the "Last Price" only (without affecting the overall Font size) in order for all digits to be shown?

You have to increase the number of decimal places through Chart >> Chart Settings with the Price Display Format.

Ok, but then we're back to 'square one' (hence my initial post on top) as we don't want to display the 5th digit (which is always zero anyway) on the Price-scale but do want 5 digits displayed in the last Price shown on the Y-scale. (see attached pic [image from IG-Markets]).
Perhaps another way we could address this, is by simply adding a parameter that omits 'tail-end' zeros from the Price scale's decimals.

We are doing some work now with the width of the Values Scale regions and we will implement a solution to this in the next release.

Since you are working on value scale anyway, I thought I would throw a suggestion out.

I like to have it blank where my studies are with just the value of the study showing. I do this by using a very high number for "scale increment" like 200 but 0.00 still shows. It would be nice to have a setting to show scale values or not somewhere to make the 0.00 go away. This would also allow for the grid to still be visible. Just a suggestion

Thanks for reading
