I CAN'T GET A CHART GOING USING THE VOLATILITY INDEX TO WORK. I USED MONTHLY AND THE STANDARD SYMBOL AND IT IS JUST NOT WORKING. THINK OR SWIM HAS OCT. 2013 (VMV2013)AND IT IS NOT WORKING ON YOUR PLATFORM.

Correct, The product trades all day and even by your chart the data is very sporatic. I use 5 min data so what is the problem. TD Ameritrade show a continuous feed for that future |

The current value of the VIX /VX is 15.39 using TD ameritrade. Yours says is 14.60 an d does not have 5 minute data bars. I talked to them and they saY TALK TO YOU. VERY FRUSTRATING, THIS IS REAL MONEY. |
