Hi,

I've just installed the 1025 version from the 997.

I traded with cts fix.

I have 2 issues :
- for the TF symbol, in my charts i got 10541,0 instead of 1054,1. So as you recommended I used the real-time price multiplier. My charts are now fine but the Orders and Positions windows is not ok. There is still a x10 coefficient, so for 1 real tick the orders and position window show 10 ticks and so 10 x the real USD (from the real 1054,1 -1054,0 = 1 tick, it consider 10541,0 - 10540,0 so 10 ticks and so 100 USD. How to fix this ? Shall I be worried ?

- my intraday chart 60 min was set up to show 180 days, i dont have anymore 180 days of data and i got holes in the data i got : a entire month is missing mid-june to mid-july. I did fix the intraday storage unit to 1 minute but still the same issue. How to fix this ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Dear Support Board,

Can you please update the symbol TF (Russel index) settings file for CTS to solve this problem ?

We have reviewed this symbol settings and they are correct. Although we did set a historical data multiplier for historical daily charts. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Wait for the symbol list to fill and press OK.

After this you need to go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings and press Apply Global Symbol Settings.

To update the Orders and Positions window, probably the easiest thing to do is to restart Sierra Chart.

For the missing data issue, refer to help topic 7 here:

Possibly there is some missing data from the server or there is some time stamping issue causing the data to get filtered out.

Thanks for you answer.

I dont get it. It still dont work for me.
After updating the symbol list from the server, applying the global symbol setting, I still have a x10 coefficient (ie 10 633.0 instead of 1 063.0) Just to be sure I'm talking about TF.ICE_0-IN.2013121.ICE_IN.

And so I cant trade...

Is the issue on my side ? If so, what can I do to solve it ?

I tried what you said, but nothing changed.

With the 1025 version and the TF symbol, the real time price multiplier is by default 0,1. Same for the historical time multiplier. But still the tf price are 10 times bigger than the normal.

Did you open the tf symbol in the 1025 version ? What tf value do you get ? I can be the only one.

For the 997 version the real time price multiplier is set to 1, i guess you already know that.

So can you decrease the real time multiplier value to 0,01 ?

All this because when i trade each pip is considered 10 times more.

We apologize for this. We did not pay close enough attention that the Tick Size was not correct based upon the decimal position. This is now resolved.

Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Wait for the button to re-enable and press OK.

After this you need to go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings and press Apply Global Symbol Settings.

Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated symbol settings. Please allow about 20 seconds or so after starting Sierra Chart to get them. After this go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Apply Global Symbol Settings.
