I paid for my first month Monday Nov 13 (after free trial). No new data since that date, although the small box in upper left corner of screen is green & DF number changing by the second.

I checked Global Settings, Data/Trade Service Settings -- everything seems ok.

However, when I go to F5 Chart Settings, the "Data Range in File," in upper left corner of settings box -- the "To:" box is grayed at 2017-11-13 -- just the date where my data stops.

Since it is gray, it won't allow me to change it.

I want to use intraday Market Profile and Point&Figure charts. But I have this same problem if I just do a one-minute chart.

(I know this data is not real-time -- 15 minute delay is ok.)

What is the symbol of the chart? It does not seem to be a valid symbol if the data is not even updating to the current day.

Also, we see you have activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, and without activating any exchanges, not only is the data delayed, it does not continuously update either.

It can be set to update though as often as every 20 minutes.

If you want delayed data there is no reason to be using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in most cases.
