Go to Microsoft Internet Explorer on your system and make sure File >> Work Off-line is unchecked.

After this, update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

When Sierra Chart starts up and you see the Sierra Chart Login window, press Cancel and enter your current Account Name. You are using an old Account Name. Here are detailed instructions for this:
