Is there a method to draw a 50% value line to a short timeframe swing?

Hello, could I somehow determine for example where is the 50% value of a short time frame swing? I don't want every time the difference of the high and the low divide by two, I'd like to find a graphic method to do this, like Fibonacci tool elsewhere.
