Nevermind! Reloaded study. No more further errors.

If you continue to have the problem, we will have to test your Chartbook.

I found the issue. The "Value Format" was not set to Inherited.

The same issue keeps coming up. How do I send my chartbook for testing?

Is there another way to get this to you? I do not like having my chartbook posted for everyone to see and possibly download.

Yes of course. Please send it to support AT Sierra Chart.com.

We were thinking you could just give us a simple example with one chart. So we thought it was OK just to post it here.

File was sent. How long does it normally take to test a chartbook for errors related to "Out of bounds array error at Index" when using Heiken-Ashi study?

When we got the Chartbook and tested it we got the out of bounds array error.

When we went to work on the problem today, we could not duplicate the error. Not sure why we are not seeing the problem. We will need to try again. You might want to send us another Chartbook if you continue to see it.

The reason for the error somehow was related to my 6EU3 scid file missing 1 hour of data(I have no clue how this occurred). As result, when the Heiken-Ashi study was applied, it created the out of bounds error. Thanks for your help.

This could not be related to missing data. There must be some other intermittent reason for it. We are not sure at this time. We tried again and could not duplicate the error.
