I just got a new account with Infinity Futures; been using SC with Zenfire. I installed a second copy of SC, copied my Data and other files (as per help instructions) to the Transact copy and set it up for Transact data. Opened it and everything was fine except that Transact wouldn't accept orders. So I called Infinity and they remoted into my computer and we opened the InfinityAT platform at the same time SC was open and running. (and all I had running in SC was an ES DOM.)

Somewhere in this the DOM display got messed up to where the price ladder and associated Bids and Offers are scrunched onto one line--see attached screen shot. The data is running and the DOM display is changing (I included two screen shots to show this--notice the price is different).

I have restarted SC, restarted my computer, reinstalled a fresh copy of SC (see the third screen shot of a "virgin DOM") and nothing will put the DOM back to right. (DOM is messed up in Zenfire, Transact & "virgin" instances of SC--charts seem to display just fine) What can I do? Thanks

Right-click where the column of prices for the symbol should display and select Auto Scale the Chart DOM.
