Problem resolved. The fault was with one of the Kiwi DLL files the user was using. The studies that they need are found in the User Contributed Custom studies provided with Sierra Chart.

Could you give more details on solving the problem? It seems that I have the same one. Here's the log:

After getting messages like these for half an hour SC started crashing when I try to switch to the chartbook that contains the chart with Kiwi TrueLive Study. Right now I will try to install an older version to a different folder to open the chartbook and swich the study off, but can I still use this study on a newer version? Or are there supposed to be further problems?

Thanks.

Update: Ok, I managed to turn the study off. Is there any way I can still use Kiwi's TrueLive with a new version of SC?

We are going to recompile the User Contributed Studies and release a new version later today.

The custom study you are using may be using some functions which require a recompile due to some minor changes.

This is already there but the name is not clear. We will update the name to be KiwisVolume in the next release.
