Studies calculation on Price display settings

I have the EURUSD price display set as in the picture http://screencast.com/t/2Qnr3jLO but I've noticed the studies and the bars themselves are calculated on 5 decimals, i.e. on the actual data received from the feed. I would need them to work on 4 decimals instead. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.
