I rolled to the ESU3 and upgraded to SC 985. On an intraday 240 MIN chart last night's low shows 1591.75 (correct price). If I switch to a 240 min historical (in order to see more days on the chart) , it only shows the low at 1597.50. I use the SC historical Data Service in Global settings. Broker is Infinity. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

What is the difference between an Intraday 240 minute chart and a 240 minute Historical chart?

And are you using the Continuous Futures Contract option in Chart >> Chart Settings?

right now the 240 min intraday chart (ESU3) only gives me data from Sunday to today and gives me the correct globex low price from last night. The 240 intraday chart with the continuous contract box checked, gives me plenty of days, but show an incorrect globex low from last night (Jun 12) . Correct low was 1591.75, continuous contract low shows 1597.50. I'm sure you'll agree 5 3/4 pt differential is significant. Any help is appreciated.

I have already gone through this help topic and have tried different iteration with no change. It's a head scratcher, eh?

This is good, but we do not see how this is something which would be resolved by 986.

In general, the rollover is not going to occur at the specific Date and Time that you might expect. The rollover is based upon the volume over an analysis time of about 12 hours.

Therefore, our recommendation is to disable Chart >> Chart Settings >>Advanced Settings >> Continuous Futures Contract, if you still have any issues now or in the future. After you move away from from the rollover time by a couple of days, then you can reenable the option.

And help topic 42.1 that we linked to previously, is the relevant help topic to access more historical Intraday data.
