Forex historical chart not downloading

I'm doing File -> New/Open Historical chart. I tried symbol RJ# and it works fine. ^EURUSD does not work. I'm using ATCharts 982 level 3. It says my account type does not support ^EURUSD, why does RJ# work then? I have Use Sierra Chart Historical Data service selected in Historical Daily Data service settings. Included is the log for RJ# and ^EURUSD. Message Log: Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates.
