IQFeed Level 2 Error

Hi,

When I connect sierra chart to IQFeed, my message log is spammed every second with

IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-29 18:05:16
IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-29 18:05:17
IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-29 18:05:18
IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-29 18:05:19
IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-29 18:05:20
IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-29 18:05:21

When I try to load up a chart of a symbol, Sierra chart freezes. Is there a way to fix this?

1. For the first issue, update to the latest release by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

Potentially there is another cause of this. However this is what we are suspecting.
