my acsi code is sending live orders to IB but when i am stoped out IB is stoped and closing the position but SC is still having it (the chart is well below my stop). it happen both on target limit order of taking profit and also on stops (market).
when trying to refresh trade data on the order & positions window there is no change.

only when i disconnect from IB and than reconnect to IB i am getting the correct position (which is 0) and my chart and order & positions window is updating to to 0 position.
any idea what should i do to solve this please?

that's my log:

For something like this you will have to ask IB technical support.

Really what we recommend you do is not rely on IB position data if you are having trouble with it and use the Sierra Chart order fill calculated position data. Refer to:

I did as you suggested and still not working. I got this error

Auto-Trading: DAX-201306-DTB [R] 30 vol #1 | D_D Punch | SellEntry signal is ignored because a Short
position exists or working order quantities indicate a potential Short position, and Multiple Entries in Same Direction is not enabled. Internal position quantity: -2. Internal position with working orders quantity: 0 | Bar Start Time: 2013-05-22 04:50:21 | 2013-05-22 04:50:43

So you are saying at the time this message occurred that your position was not -2?

If you are flat, then at that time you need to clear the Trade Activity data:

Going forward everything should be correct as long as no order fills are missed.

well after the next few trades it just came back again after i cleared the log as you sugested (on exiting stops and targets but when flatting and closing from right click on the chart than it's ok)
the only solution is the disconnect from IB and back again (why the refresh trade data button not working?)

Interactive Brokers is a very complex and troublesome system. You can run into various issues for a myriad of different reasons. Helping with these kinds of issues, is exceptionally difficult for us. We do not know what to suggest.

What are you trading through Interactive Brokers and why are using them?

Interactive Broker support policy:

Support from Sierra Chart for technical issues encountered when using Interactive Brokers, is within the discretion of Sierra Chart. There are some complex technical issues that a user may encounter when using Interactive Brokers, that can have various causes which are outside of the control of Sierra Chart, and can be hard for us to understand and assist with. There may be some issues you report to Sierra Chart, which we cannot provide any help for or provide only limited help. Please be aware of this when making a decision as to whether you should be using Interactive Brokers.

Our only advice, is to make certain you have properly specified the Orders Account and Positions Account. This is documented at step 6 here:
