Charts Won't Connect to DTN

as I open Sierra Chart, they will not connect to my DTN Data Feed. Message Log says it tries to connect, then connects, Register client App Completed, then Failed to connect, Winsock error, Error code 10061- target machine actively refused it makes no sense because it always connects and I haven't changed anything lately. Also- on start up of Sierra charts- charts take 20 minutes or more to load, but I'm sure this isn't the way it's supposed to work. I'd be quite happy to get this resolved , thanks guys |

1. Please update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. Not that this matters, but it's good to be on the current version. 2. For the DTN problem, follow step number 10 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/DTNIQFeed.html#Setup 3. For the slow data loading, you might have an incorrect Tick Size in a chart.
