Hi Sierra Chart Team, I’m having an issue where my Cumulative Delta is showing the opposite values and direction compared to my mentor’s chart, even though we are looking at the same symbol and same date. Problem: On 6-2, my chart shows +905 (green) while my mentor’s chart shows -702 (red) on the same bar. My cumulative delta is trending up/green, while my mentor’s is trending down/red. This is not just a color issue — the actual delta calculation appears to be inverted. What I’ve checked so far: I compared the Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume study settings on both charts. Both charts are using the same symbol and similar timeframes. I’m running Sierra Chart on Mac via CrossOver. Screenshots attached: My chart (showing +905 on 6-2) Mentor’s chart (showing -702 on 6-2) Questions: What could cause the delta to have opposite signs between two charts? Is there a specific setting (such as “Calculate on”, Rolling Calculation, or study version) that commonly causes this inversion? Which study/settings should I be using to match standard Cumulative Delta behavior? Any help diagnosing the root cause would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, Nicholas Poon |
