Thank you for confirming that. While I will pass your findings along to IQFeed, if you are able to provide what you have determined to IQFeed directly (perhaps you have an appropriate contact there), it may aid in achieving the fix on their end more rapidly. Very much appreciate SC Support. |

IQFeed just confirmed via email that the problem is on their end. They are doing further testing and hope to have word later today on a resolve. |

This is good. We also are making a change to Sierra Chart code where in the case of when receiving delayed data, the chart will still continue to update when encountering this condition (timestamps in the future). Currently it results in a condition where a chart stops updating. Not really certain why other programs would not be affected by something like this. Once we read that ninja trader uses the local computer clock for time stamping in all cases, which actually would mean they would not suffer from this problem. Earlier today IQFeed released Beta Version 5.0.0.12. This version corrects the timestamp problem that has plagued AAPL over the past couple of weeks when being charted within Sierra Chart. IQFeed Beta Version 5.0.0.12.exe definitely solves the timestamp issue I was experiencing with AAPL (IQ was applying future timestamp from 16:00, end of day, to the premarket data). The link I used to locate and download this beta version is ftp://www.dtniq.com/IQFeed/iqfeed_client_5_0_0_12.exe
