Any help you can give me on how to get Rithmic historical intraday data would be appreciated. I followed the instructions from Top Step and the intraday data I am receiving is only from the time I connected.

There is nothing special to do for this. So therefore we need to determine why there is a problem. OK, i have switched off of Rithmic for my data feed with TST.

Restart Sierra Chart. Open only one chart, and no other charts please, using the Rithmic symbol found in File >> Find Symbol and post a copy of the Message Log again.
