We do not know what exactly is different, but something is. The one thing we note is that the underlying data between the systems is different - meaning that the Numbers Bars data itself is different. Are you both using the same data feed? And, since you are using the Numbers Bars for daily data, you would have to ensure that your Session Times are set the same, along with any number of other Chart settings that could make the data different between the two systems. Our recommmendation is for one of you to take the other persons chartbook and load it into their system. Then they can see if the data is the same on the same system and if not, then see what is different between the chart settings that could be causing this. But, there are also items like the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" that can cause differences, although this should be set to "1 tick" if you are using the Numbers Bars, but it is an example of a global setting that can affect the data.
