You can't just do it based on SG1, you have to look at what the underlying calculations are and use that information. You will probably have to use the Spreadsheet Study to get everything you need for all 3 of the coloring options. The easy one is Slope, where you would use the following formula to check if it is downsloping:
=ID1.SG1 < ID1.SG1[-1]

We can't go into the rest as we do not have the time, and it is not really part of our support for programming. Others may be able to help.
