Same applies to me, Bitmex is cancelling new orders when entering a new position its just frustrating. The reduce option is not ticked and applies to limit orders but I am sending market order. I also noticed on logs that on logs timeinforce = immediate or cancel but trade window is showing goodtillcancel. Simulation mode works fine all positions are entered and exited successfully.
