A timeout occurred when downloading historical data. If you are using a trading service which uses the Sierra Chart historical data server, then you may need to use port 80. Users in Israel may need to use port 80. For instructions to use port 80, refer to help topic 41. In all cases you will need to download historical Intraday data again, to do this refer to help topic 7.1.

User Message: Suddenly today I can't seem to do a download properly. It jumps from feb 2012 to today. I've tried deleting the file and this still occurs. Any help would be great
