Modify and Save an Analysis Study

Is there a way to modify and save an analysis study from the "Studies Available" list? How is it then added to a chart with other existing analysis studies?

For example, I want to change the settings on "Pivot Points-Daily" and have the changes available for adding to future charts without having to go through and change them every time I add this study to a chart.

This is probably somewhere in the forum, but I was unable to find.
