Re: enhancement request - Number bars - visible aspect

Another minor addition that would greatly enhance the study would be adding the option to filter the lot size of the trades. For example, in ES, the number bars would only display lot sizes greater...

Re: Point of Control and Value Area Labels for Volume by Price Study

This is indeed a great addition to the study. We can now access the naked VPOCs through a spreadsheet as well. It would be great if you can add labels to the TPO profile study as well. Thanks!

Re: Highlighting of price label in a chart with a closed session

It is showing all zeroes. I had recently set the chart to use a remote chart data file, and that might be the issue. I have changed it back, thanks.

I am on SC v. 840 currently, and wanted to know if there were any changes made that is preventing highlighting of price if the session of the chart is closed.

The previous behaviour allowed the...

Re: merging/undo merging TPO profile

Thank you. I wasn't sure at first, but it works great now. Also, the undo functionality is such a great addition, fantastic work!

Re: merging/undo merging TPO profile

Please look into the pre-release, merging is erratic (it works on certain profiles, and it does not on others) in a chart that is set to regular trading hours only. Merging works fine while using...

Global Alarm Disable

Hello SC_Support,

Is there a way to disable all alarms globally? If not, please consider having this as an option. This would allow us to globally disable all active alarms for that instance of SC...

Don't mind if I just piggyback on your love note. I agree with everything you have said, I just would like to add that it also has an amazingly capable spreadsheet, and the level of customization it...

Re: Best PC for SC

@stock for now :), yes, I have read about folks OC'ing it to those levels. I mainly went with an AMD so that I can spend more on other stuff, while keeping things in budget. It's always a compromise....

Re: Best PC for SC

For what its worth, I built a system last May with AMD Phenom 1100T (6 core 3.3 GHz), with 16 GB of DDR3 1600 RAM, 120 GB of SSD (SATA-3) in raid 0, ATI FirePro v4800 supporting three independent...

Re: TPO chart feature request

Just to clarify, when I meant split mode, I meant when the profile is segmented/expanded into each bracket using the 'Letters/Blocks In Own Column' option in chart shortcut menu.

Re: TPO chart feature request

While you are at it, please also consider a way to highlight the opening price of each bracket when in split mode.

Thanks!

Re: SC Compatible with SQL 2005?

Very nice. I agree SQL is more suited for more complex logical queries. I often have to break down more complex logical queries into separate columns, but so far, a spreadsheet gets the job done....

Re: SC Compatible with SQL 2005?

TPO chart feature request

Re: SC Compatible with SQL 2005?

I have explored the option of building a DB for studies, but found that using Sierra with its in built-in spreadsheet works just fine for most of my needs. No need to transfer/manage data.

Re: AutoTrade System Backtesting

Thanks, I think I now have a better understanding of how it works, and I found that my entry rules are too rigid as well.

I appreciate everybody's time.

Cheers.
