Is it in the works? you see it happening?
Yes, we think so. Although this depends upon Rithmic.

Just found out that Optimus Futures offers Server Side OCO through Rithmic on Sierra Chart via their own API routine. It's free if you do 20 rt/month.

So it is compatible, yes?

Hi,

Apologies if this has been answered already in this thread, but I am curious to know if bracket orders are complete with respect to CQG? I am hoping to use Sierra with amp/cqg.

Many thanks,

MF

Yes, the development is complete for bracket orders with CQG and that will be out in the next release.

The main thing holding this up was a problem on the CQG side which they say they have solved.

I use AMP/CQG connection. Assume I use OCO orders which then reside on server side.

When I cancel an order, will working orders within an OCO group also be cancelled? Does it matter how I cancel the order (can be from within Sierra trade DOM or Sierra chart DOM or external via CGQ M - the CQG mobile solution and perhaps using a second login accessing the same CQG account).

An OCO group that has an order rejected, will it cancel any remaining working orders in the group? Will pending orders still be submitted or rejected as well?

Features like trailing stops: will they remain client side or server side?

In general I would like to have a picture how things work with OCO on client side/server side with AMP/CQG.

Your questions are not easily answered.

And we do not know the answers to all of them.

When you cancel an OCO order in Sierra Chart, the other order in the same group will also be canceled. This happens whether or not the trading service also performs a cancellation. The same is true for an order rejected within the OCO order group pair.

Trailing stop orders are always managed by Sierra Chart.

Hi

Are server side OCO orders with AMP/CQG supported in the current release? If not, when will they be?

Thanks.

Can you add server side OCO/brackets for Rithmic aside from Optimus?

This is not up to us. It depends upon the particular broker or clearing firm to arrange this with Rithmic.

Any chance with DDT/Crossland, one of your supported brokers? Or any others aside from Optimus?
